The Weekly Gratitude Challenge

What if one simple gesture each week could transform your relationships and brighten someone’s day?

That’s the idea behind the Weekly Gratitude Challenge — a way to bring more connection, kindness, and appreciation into the world, one card at a time.

Send Gratitude. Spread Joy. Build a Habit.

The Four Steps for a
Weekly Gratitude Practice

I. Start Your Week with Inspiration

Place a gratitude card where you’ll notice it often, like your desk or bedside table, and tent it upright. Think of it not as a card, but as a small piece of art that inspires gratitude every time you see it. This simple act keeps gratitude top of mind throughout the week.

II. Take a Moment to Pause and Appreciate

Time to time when you notice the card, take 30 seconds to reflect on who or what you’re grateful for and why. You don’t have to overthink it—just let the gratitude flow. Bonus: Jot down your reflections in a gratitude journal to deepen your practice.

III. Turn Your Gratitude Into Action

At the end of the week, dedicate 5 minutes to writing a card to someone you reflected on. Be kind, brief, and true — don’t overcomplicate it. Visit our inspiration page for ideas if you feel stuck. Remember, sharing gratitude is as uplifting for you as it is for the receiver.

IV. Start A’new with a Fresh Design

Swap out the card for a new design to begin the next week’s practice. A fresh design keeps your habit engaging and your gratitude practice sustainable. Running low? Stock up to keep the ripples of kindness flowing.
